Status Card

How it works

Times are stored in UTC and displayed in your local time.

Colours

  • Green: On duty / normal. Also shows Break complete (≥30 min) while on break.
  • Amber: 12 hours since last shift start (day length warning), or break due soon.
  • Red: 14 hours since last shift start (day limit), or break overdue. After ending a 14h day, it stays red off-duty until you’ve had 10 hours continuous rest, then shows green (Rest complete).
  • Neutral: Off duty (no issues). May show how long you’ve been resting.

Rules

  • Day clock: Based on the last shift start time (current or most recent). Amber at 12h; Red at 14h. Post-14h, card stays red off-duty until 10h rest, then turns green.
  • Breaks: On break shows On break — Xm. At ≥30 minutes, it turns green and reads Break complete. Driving too long without a break: Amber ~4h30; Red ~5h15.
  • Change Truck: Doesn’t end your break or shift. The panel keeps the correct break state.

Buttons

  • Off shift: Start Shift.
  • On duty: Start Break, End Shift, Change Truck.
  • On break: End Break (no Start Break), plus End Shift and Change Truck.

Updates

  • Panel updates on page load, every minute, and immediately after any button press.
